Services
Inferno Health & Wellness provides telehealth-based medical services only, including medical evaluation, wellness care, hormone optimization, weight management, laboratory review, and care planning. All services are provided via secure telemedicine platforms, telephone, or electronic communication.
Inferno Health & Wellness does not provide in-person care, is not a primary care provider, and does not provide emergency medical services. In the event of an emergency, call 911 or seek emergency medical care.
Medical Decision-Making
Scheduling an appointment or purchasing services does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. All treatment decisions are made at the sole discretion of the medical provider based on clinical judgment, medical history, and regulatory requirements.
Payment Terms
All services are self-pay. Payment is required at the time of booking or service. We accept major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and other approved payment methods.
Some services may be offered as recurring memberships or programs. By enrolling, you authorize Inferno Health & Wellness to charge your payment method according to the disclosed billing schedule.
Missed Appointments
Failure to attend a scheduled telehealth appointment or failure to cancel within the required notice period may result in a no-show or late cancellation fee, as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Third-Party Services
We work with third-party laboratories, pharmacies, telehealth platforms, and payment processors. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or service interruptions caused by third parties outside our control.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
