Refund & Cancellation Policy
By enrolling in care or purchasing services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Medical Services
Medical services are non-refundable once rendered, including telehealth consultations, follow-up visits, care planning, provider review of laboratory results, and medical record review.
Laboratory Services
Laboratory fees are non-refundable once labs are ordered, regardless of whether specimens have been collected or results reviewed.
Medications & Supplements
Medications and supplements are non-refundable once ordered or dispensed. Returns are prohibited under state and federal regulations.
Pharmacy & Shipping Delays
Inferno Health & Wellness partners with third-party compounding pharmacies. Pharmacy processing times, shipping timelines, inventory availability, and delivery delays are outside our direct control and do not qualify for refunds.
Memberships & Programs
Membership or program fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once charged.
You may cancel future membership charges by providing written notice at least 30 days prior to your next billing date. Cancellation prevents future charges after the notice period but does not result in refunds for services already rendered or billing periods already processed.
Appointment Cancellations
Telehealth appointments must be canceled or rescheduled within the required notice window. Missed or late-canceled appointments may result in a fee.
Treatment Outcomes
Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with treatment outcomes, as individual responses to medical care vary.
Inferno Health & Wellness reserves the right to deny refunds when services have been provided, medications have been ordered, or regulatory requirements prohibit reimbursement.
