About Inferno Health & Wellness
Born from Transformation
Inferno Health & Wellness was founded on the belief that transformation is possible for everyone. Our founder’s personal journey—from battling obesity to reclaiming health through medical weight loss and hormone optimization—fuels our passion to guide others through their own rebirth. With licensed medical providers, pharmacy-grade prescriptions, and a commitment to compassionate care, we empower our patients to take control of their health, body, and future.
Where We Are Going
Inferno Health & Wellness was never meant to be a one-time solution or a transactional clinic.
Our long-term vision is to build a care ecosystem that supports people across seasons of change — not just at the moment they decide to seek medical treatment.
While hormone optimization and metabolic health are our foundation today, we see these as entry points into a broader journey of health, confidence, and self-trust.
Over time, Inferno may expand to include education, nutrition guidance, coaching, and partnerships with gyms, yoga studios, and wellness providers who share our values.
We are intentional about growth. We don’t rush expansion or sell promises. We build thoughtfully, guided by what genuinely supports long-term well-being.
Who We Are
Shawn Bulisco
Co-Founder/CEO
Shawn’s commitment to Inferno Health & Wellness is deeply personal. At his heaviest, he weighed over 400 pounds — an experience that shaped his understanding of how complex and non-linear health change can be.
His journey began with bariatric surgery and continued through medically managed weight loss and hormone optimization. Through that process, Shawn learned that lasting change doesn’t come from a single intervention, but from ongoing, guided care that evolves with the individual.
Shawn brings this perspective into every aspect of Inferno’s design. He focuses on operational excellence, patient experience, and building systems that support people well beyond the initial decision to seek care — ensuring the experience feels structured, supportive, and respectful.
Courtney Long
Co-Founder/COO
Courtney brings systems-level thinking and a whole-person perspective to Inferno Health & Wellness. She believes sustainable health is deeply connected to mental and emotional well-being — not just physical metrics.
With a background in healthcare strategy and program development, Courtney focuses on shaping Inferno’s care model to be structured, transparent, and patient-centered. She is especially passionate about the role of mindset, stress, and emotional resilience in long-term health outcomes, drawing from her personal practices in yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.
At Inferno, Courtney helps guide the clinic’s long-term vision — ensuring care supports not only physical health, but also confidence, self-trust, and meaningful transformation.
Adam Keenah
Medical Provider
Adam is a licensed medical provider who oversees clinical care at Inferno Health & Wellness. He believes in optimization, not just normalization — recognizing that meaningful health improvement involves more than staying within standard lab ranges.
Adam takes the time to listen to how patients feel, understand their goals, and consider quality of life alongside clinical data. His approach integrates lab results with symptoms, lived experience, and individual priorities, rather than relying solely on age-based expectations or population averages.
Through thoughtful evaluation, monitoring, and follow-up, Adam partners with patients to build care plans that support energy, resilience, and long-term well-being.
